1. What Judicaid Is (and Is Not)

Judicaid is a guided, online dispute-resolution platform that uses structured artificial intelligence tools to assist parties in communicating, exploring resolution options, and documenting agreements. Judicaid: • Is not a court • Is not a law firm • Does not provide legal advice • Does not act as an arbitrator or judge Any resolution reached through Judicaid is voluntary unless otherwise ordered or adopted by a court.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

If we become aware that a minor has accessed the Service, we will take steps to remove their information and terminate access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Nature of the Mediation Process

Judicaid facilitates a confidential, structured mediation-style process in which: • Parties communicate through the platform rather than directly • An AI mediator organizes, reflects, and guides the exchange • No outcome is imposed by Judicaid Judicaid does not guarantee settlement, resolution, or any particular outcome.

4. No Legal Advice; Independent Judgment Required

Judicaid does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. You acknowledge that: • Any information generated by the platform is informational only • You are encouraged to consult an attorney before accepting or relying on any agreement • You remain solely responsible for decisions made during or after the process The platform uses artificial intelligence to assist the mediation process. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on it as legal advice or as a substitute for professional judgment. Judicaid may use third-party AI service providers to process user content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. Such providers are contractually restricted from using this data for their own purposes, including model training.

5. Free Trial, Court-Referred, and Partner Program Use

Judicaid may be offered at no cost to users through: • Court pilot programs • Legal aid or access-to-justice organizations • Limited free trial initiatives When using Judicaid under such programs: • Process Integrity: Your dispute is handled using the same mediation structure and confidentiality protections as paid users. • System Review: Judicaid may review de-identified or aggregated interactions solely to evaluate system performance, improve usability, and ensure fairness. • No Outcome Influence: Such review does not affect dispute outcomes or party treatment. • No External Disclosure: Communications are not shared with courts, legal aid organizations, funders, or opposing parties. Participation in a free or partner-based program does not create any additional duties to the referring organization.

6. Confidentiality and Mediation Communications

Judicaid is designed to facilitate confidentiality consistent with applicable mediation law. However, confidentiality protections vary by state and circumstance. Users are encouraged to consult an attorney regarding the enforceability of confidentiality in their jurisdiction. Judicaid makes no guarantee that communications will be protected under any particular state's mediation privilege. By using the Service, you acknowledge that: • Communications made for mediation purposes are intended to be confidential • Judicaid does not waive or alter statutory mediation protections • Enforcement or admissibility of any agreement is governed by applicable law, not Judicaid

Notwithstanding the license granted above, Judicaid expressly agrees that it will not use your User Content — including mediation messages, case descriptions, uploaded documents, or executed agreements — to train, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, whether operated by Judicaid or any third party. This restriction survives termination of your account and expiration of the applicable data retention period.

You agree not to: • Use Judicaid to harass, threaten, or abuse others • Upload unlawful, fraudulent, or knowingly false information • Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the platform • Use Judicaid for purposes unrelated to genuine dispute resolution Judicaid reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for misuse or violation of these Terms.
